I booked tickets for 1 adult + 2 children on 24.04.19 in air asia flight from guwahati to kuala lumpur via kolkata for 25.05.19. Ticket charges amounting to rs 35736.00 has been deducted from my account but my ticket is yet to be confirmed. On chatting with their customer care they told me taht due to some luggage error they are not able to confirm but did not elaborate what error despite my request. They gave me a no. To contact but the no. Is not reachable. My further messages are not replied to. My ticket booking reference is: fmnlf31l8jn6j. I want the tickets to be confirmed or refund the money.
