Via.com — cancelation of flight

Booked a flight from malaysia to united states through via.com, made emails but received delayed replies and mentioning that they have contacted the airline on the cancelation, but i called the airline and they have not received any news from them. My flight is very costly and not obtaining the refund will be a huge blow to me, the flight is in a week time and i till can't cancel the flight. Can anyone help on this matter?
