[Resolved] Via.com — flight tickets cancellation covid19 situation

I have booked flight tickets by using via.com, due to covid19/coronavirus situation, government declared lockdown in hyderabad. So cannot travel in flight on april 10th hyderabad to ujjain and 13thapril ujjain to hyderabad, so we are expecting total amount refund for below tickets which we are planning to cancel. Fmnla3bem3vtn and fmnla3belsvih. But when i sent email to [protected]@via.com they were saying they won't refund total amount. So please help us on getting full refund amount.

With regards to FMNLA3BELSVIH and FMNLA3BEM3VTN, kindly note the ticket amount for return flight has been placed under Credit shell by airlines. Refund amount will not be processed, but the ticket value can be adjusted for your future bookings. Kindly visit the airline website for Credit shell terms.

Kindly check for new fares for your required flights on the airline website . The difference in fare shall be applicable. Kindly revert if you want to confirm new flights. Alternatively, you can try to book a new ticket on the airline website, by choosing a payment option as a credit shell, to adjust the credit shell amount.

Kindly visit the airline website for Credit shell terms to understand the process for future bookings.
