I got confirmation of cancellation on april 2019 and yet they did not refund. I have sent n number of emails, calls, all useless. They have standard copy paste reply message for your every 10 emails. I dont know who is the damn ceo of this stupid company. This company still doing business by cheating. — Dear guest, Greetings from via.com..!! With reference to the complaint with reference order : FMNSG104XCEJ6P , we certainly understand Customer concern and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We have checked the details of this booking and as per booking records the booking was made with the flight carrier “Jetairways”. As you are aware via.com is only an online travel agent which facilitates the booking of tickets and related transactions. Upon Customer request we have initiated the refund request with the carrier ( Jet Airways ) and as it is under process. Note: We have not received any notification from IATA / Airline regarding the timeline to receive the pending refunds. Regards, Team Via.
