[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Airline ticket cancelled and refund

Dear sir,

Please note till not receive my refund as PNR ZHKJXK flight no.SG-246 delay more then 2 hours, so discussed with airline that already cancelled with airline with full refund, so as per last discussed to airline on 24/11/20, airline already full refund to in.Via.com on 16/11/20 but till mony not credit in my account, and we have try to call many time to in.via.com but phone not receive/no answer in my mail.
