At Via.com we take pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction. Unfortunately, we did not meet your expectations. Upon thorough review of the situation, we narrowed the cause.
Our team should have checked both the booking details correctly, However this ticket was issued on Salam Air which is Non refundable ticket and upon cancellation / No show there is no refund.
Because of this serious oversight and as a Good will gesture we are processing a Full refund AED 2129.04 against FMNAE100X01LG1 which will reflect in your card in 5 to 7 working days.
