[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — cancellation amount yet I have not receive

Hi, i was booked my chennai to delhi round trip ticket on 22.2.2020, thru via.com (Flight raja travels) but due to unavoidable reason i cancelled my ticket thru spicejet
(Pnr no:zfe4vq) on 24.02.2020.

Total amount is rs.7658/- & but spicejet customer care people told that rs.1504/- only will refund and that amount to be credit thru travel agency.
But till now i have not receive the amount, also i can't ale to contact customer care since i was trying from last one week.

Please help us to refund my amount.

Dear Sir/Madam,
For PNR FMNAA3ALD0D4R both flights of air asia are cancelled.I had booked through via.com. Have applied for cancellation.Still not refund came to my account.

Sir I have booked a flight ticket from Kolkata to port Blair on 16/3/20 for 17/3/20 on via.com.payment amount deducted but no flight ticket booked. I have only reference ID which is
[protected]IGAIIDOKV8.
Tell me what to do?
Customer care also not available where I can submit the issue.please do needful.
