I have booked a ticket on feb 28 from chennai to delhi and have cancelled it on march 5 i paid 10000for a round trip and when i called spicejet they informed me abt the cancellation charges of 6000 and balance will be refunded and i should ask the travel agency but when i contacted them they are saying it can't be refunded they have taken the full amount i kindly request you to help me with it sir my pnr is q7yv5v

We booked tickets from HYD to Varanasi and Varanasi to Hyd against reference no. TBVZVJ / 22.08.2019 on amount of Rs.29085/- . I cancelled tickets due to passenger was on sick and got confirmation charge for cancel fee as Rs.17820. still i have not received balance of Rs11265/- . It was more than six months and return balance amount immediately.

Tickets are refundable but at the time of cancellation refundable amount is only Rs 498 against to let amount of Rs6946. Via.com cheated us

Ticket copy attached showing amount is refundable.

I will raised the complain to higher authorities too

Kindly revert, why the same happened

I have booked my flight but it shows failed transaction and amount is debited from my account and i also don't get any pnr number and ticket.
please initiate the refund policy asap.
