My round trip for delhi to banglore n back for 1st and 12th april respectively has been cancelled by the airlines due to covid pandemic... Booking was done through your agency... D airlines were air asia and indigo and its pnr were q1rrgm and eg8egc... It is learnt that air asia had refund d money to u being d coordinator long back and indigo has provided a credit shell... But i dint get both of them... M tryng u since april... But after waiting for hours no response reveived from ur end... M request u to inform me d status and give my right what i deserve...
