Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Fraud via "via.com" | |||
I booked SpiceJet flight from Dehradun to Goa on 2nd Sept for the travel date 11th October 2021 with price of 11, 302 through Via.com. After some days SpiceJet changed the flight timings and the layover on Delhi airport got 15hrs which is not feasible for any traveler. Hence I cancelled the flight as SpiceJet was providing full refund within 15days as they change the flight timings from their end. After 1 week I dropped a mail to SpiceJet and they said the refund has been provided to the travel agency account(Via.com). Now Via.com customer support is not replying my mails and calls. I wrote 5 mails and none of them were replied. I want to get my hard earned money back. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
