Hi, sahana, Dont just keep copy paste again and again same email messgage here. Better go and find other job. What the heck you mean, you dont know the turn around time?? You writing #... Other online agents paid back money before may 2019, why via not able to process, your ceo and cfo drafted nice email message to send it to all affected customers? Please note, you also will experience hell in this world along with your damn ceo. Comeon please share me your company md or ceo contact number. I am happy to speak. Unprofessional company. I booked the ticket from MUMBAI to Dubai on 3rd dec and return on 14 th dec 2019 from IN.VIA.COM they have charged me the money but not issued the ticket have been mailing them and all the numbers provided by them are wrong numbers pls help me solve this issue as it’s a clear fraud case would want my refund as soon as possible as need to travel

My flight from hyd to Pondycherry on November 16th 2019 with pnr l7NQ2C was cancelled and Spice jet had immediately refunded but you have not yet refunded inspite of several msg, calls etc.I will never book through via .com in future.
