Complaint about via.com web portal
I tried to make a reservation for dubai to kochi return / sharjah to trivandrum return for dates 02 august 2018 and return on 31 august 2018. It displays a fare but does not allow to complete the reservation. This is happening for the last 10-15 days. If this was a technical glitch it should have been rectified, even today the same fares show up. Don’t know where to contact.
I need all to take notice of the below and bring this to the notice of all customers about how online web portals cheat customers by luring them to their website by displaying cheap fares and not allowing to complete their booking. Being an nri, we always look to purchase tickets on the cheapest fare available. This is really cheating. Fares displayed for more than a couple of weeks now, but to no avail. No contact number given for their uae address, only email address, that itself is a fraud, as no response being received. This is the address shown on their portal:

I did call their call center on 03/03/2018 at around 11:50 am (Uae time) and spoke to an agent by the name of kiran. He too confirmed that your portal shows the fares as per my attached screenshots which were sent to them on daily basis. He couldn’t help further, was advised to send email. No numbers to contact. I did call them again on 04/03/2018 and surprisingly the call was answered by their security named sekhar i guess, who took my contact number and said someone will call back. No response.
In spite of several emails sent no positive response received yet. This is customer service at its worst.
I need to book flights for the fares displayed in their web portal for the last couple of weeks. Proof of screen shots can be provided on request.
I need somebody to contact me from their side and help me confirm the bookings as per the fares displayed. It’s really frustrating for a customer to waste his time and effort just to confirm a flight reservation for such a long period of time.
Fraudulent activity from their side by displaying cheap fares in your web portal just to lure customers to your website.
All proof of can be provided - i have kept all screen shots day wise.
Hoping that someone will take notice and help out.
