Dear sir/madam, Due to lockdown my flight reservation got cancelled and i was informed by the airlines that to connect with a travel partner for rebooking the flight through the credit shell. Now, i have to book the flight for the same passenger and same destination. Please help me to get the flight booked. I am going through the same but there is no response anywhere. I am tired of sending multiple mails everyday and trying to call them but no response. Please let me know what are you planning to do about it?

Hi,

The flight was cancelled by the airlines for the PNR KJ5HGJ and hence I want that amount to be refunded without any delay.
But there is no response from via.com when I am trying to connect your support.
When can I get the refund?
