Via.com / Flightraja Travels — I'm complaining about bus ticket

Yesterday night i have book bus ticket in naraynamoorthy travels for 4 passengers from chennai to coimbatore they said due to technical issue they can't able to book ticket then i received a call he said money will refunded to u.. But till now i didn't get my refund money.. Now i call back to that number but that number is not working.. I don't know how to get my refund me.. Please help me..

But now travellers was told me that service is banned..

Please provide my refund for the flight booked from lko to mumbai and mumbai to lko. Indigo had already refunded to you. I want my refund asap . do the needful soon
