Dear sir / madam, my flight SG 240 on 24 Nov 2020 has got cancelled. But still i have not received the money back. i have booked the ticket using via.com. Also i have sent mail to via customer care on 29/11/2020. received no reply. nobody received the call given as customer care no. ticket and relevant mail has been attached for your reference. Verified Support Mar 23, 2021 Via.com / Flightraja Travels Customer Care's response As checked the pnr is cancelled with the airlines but the refund is still not process from the airlines to the airlines kindly contact airlines for the same.
