I booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking PNR Nos. P9JW3Z, C9BNYM I booked a tickets on[protected],[protected]. I got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled due to technical issue. And i booked another flight for my travel. Till now i did not get any refunds. Airlines is telling that they gave refund to via.com. Till no Via.com not refunded the money to my account, for clarification i am called to customer care, but number is wrong. Plz. help me to get the refund. Customer care executive did not give a proper reply.

I have booked a flight of SpiceJet through VIA.com (Booking Reference - or PNR NO ABFWPT Booking Date 24/02/2019 from CJB to AMD and AMD to CJB, CJB to AMD and AMD to CJB flight Ticket cancelled date 28/03/2019 but VIA.com has refunded me INR 0.0 only of the total amount INR.

VIA.com not answering my call properly.So I make a complaint regarding this issue.Booking had cancelled on 28th march but now it is 15th april maximum of 17 days had gone .Please refund my money soon as soon as possible without any fail.

Hi,
I have cancelled the Indigo flight booked with Booking ID: FMNSG205BA3SP1, on 9th April, 2019.
I have confirmed with Indigo, they have returned the amount to Via.com.

But still I am waiting for the amount to be refunded to me.

Pls look into this ASAP and update me on my refund status
