[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — not received refund amount

My flight was indigo airlines which was scheduled on 25th april 2020. Due to corona pandemic, i cancelled it.

I booked indigo flight on march 8th 2020 from port blair to lucknow. But now due to corona pandemic i cancelled the flight from the indigo airlines website.
They asked me to collect the refund amount from the agency i. E. Via.com / flightraja travels.
I'm contacting them in every way possible, be it messaging or calling customer care services, but there is no response.

I need refund for the port blair to lucknow via banglore flight, which i had cancelled yesterday. Please send my refund amount on my card as soon as possible.

My flight was indigo airlines which was scheduled on 25th april 2020.
