[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Not refunding amount

I had booked my spicejet flight on 18 march but due to corona virus flight had canceled and they give credit shell but yesterday when i talk to spicejet customer care for booking of flight they said that they had send whole credit shell money but there is no any money refunded in my account.I had book with credit card and we had payment of my credit card. please refund my whole money as soon as possible And also attached my ticket +0 photos Was this information helpful? Sir, i have booked my flight on march but due to pandemic all flights are suspended and my amounts are not refunded yet.
Please refund my amount as soon as possible this is my 4th time requesting message.
