Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund amount of cancel jet airways flight

I had booked jet airways flight in the month of may, that flight was cancelled. I had booked flight from flightraja travels private limited. I had attached those tickets below
I had complaint many time with via travel agency but they answer me refund not get from jet airways side.
After 7 months i am not able to clear that where the problem is travel agency side or jet airways side. And i also want to know where i complaint for my refund amount.

(1) wslgyd (Agency ref no - fmnja313ix087)
(2) obdkgh (Agency ref no - fmnja31cfygtu)

I booked my Air ticket on 8th November 2019. I had to cancel it because of change in plans.

I had booked 02 tickets for Trujet flight 2T715
From Jalgaon to Mumbai on 15.12.19. PNR BU22D4

Flight was cancelled by trujet due to poor weather. I have not received refund till date.
