@viadotcom emails I send to [protected]@via.com is not response since 10th Oct 2020. I booked flight from Mumbai to Kannur for 3 passengers through you & canceled through Go Air. Go air already processed the complete refund on 10th and the same email was sent to [protected]@via.com but did not get any response. On 18th I followed up but no response. Your customer care number[protected] is not answered even after waiting hrs
