On 14 april 2018 i had booked a flight ticket (Air india) from bagdogra to delhi through via.com at flight raja on same day. An amount of rs. 8770 has successfully deducted against my booking. But no confirmation or sms received by me against my booking.in the afternoon a agent call me and told that the fare has been increased and you have paid some extra money from your booking. I had replied why should give extra money for my booking, i already paid rs 8770 against my booking. He replied but your booking is not confirmed if you not paid extra money. Then i have told to her to refund my money back. But after lapse of 15days no refunds receive by me
