[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Refund of cancelled flight awaited

Order FMNLA3AYFLE3L. I had done my booking thru Via.Com on 24th Feb 2020 for traveling in June. Our return flight thru AirAsia was on 30th June from Guwahati to Delhi. However, AirAsia cancelled this flight. Airasia provided a full refund to Via.com of 11058/- on 18th September 2020 but I am yet to receive the credit.
