With reference to your email, i would like to mention that an amount of inr 15959 has been already refunded to the travel agency account originally used at the time of making the reservation.
Requesting you kindly get in touch with your travel agent to claim the refund.
Further, i would like to mention that an amount of inr 3500 has been protected under credit shell which you may utilise to book till 1 year from the date of creation with indigo.

I have two queries on my air ticket cancellation, as mentioned below:
1. I have cancelled my ticket at corona virus epidemic duration i. E on 24th of march, but still you have deducted cancellation charges of rs.3500.00, why?. Pls refund rs.3500.00 as well and confirm back,
2. I have cancelled my ticket on 24th still the refundable money has not been credited in my credit account, why delay?
