[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund of flight cancelled by airlines due to covid

I have been trying to reach via.com since the past month to process the refund for my lflight booked through via. I have been trying to call them every day for almost an hour but there is no response. I have been dropping them an email every day. There is no response. Where is my hard earned money?
I have already contacted indigo and they have refunded the amount on 16th august. I have not received any such communication from via.
If i try to cancel my tickets on the via website, i am being blocked from proceeding there also
I have to reuse my credit shell to book other flights, but am unable to do so.

I had a booked flight(spicejet airways) ticket from Goa to Kolkata booked at 18 march 2020 through flightraja travels and their pnr no BDUF8N. The above flieght had been cancelled due to national lockdown. The same amount has refund in your account. I reques you return my amount.
