[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund of indigo flight tickets

I have booked the indigo flight ticket (Hyderabad to ahmadabad) using the website via.com on 16-march-2020 for travel date 21-may-2020. Due to covid lock down there was no flight service and as per the latest government guidelines, the expectation is to have the refund initiated by via.com. However i haven't received any refund and also there is no response to my email explaining the same. Also, i am not able to reach via.com customer support number as it is always in waiting mode for 30-40 minutes.
I reached indigo and they informed me that the refund was already processed from there end to via.com / flightraja travels.

As i am not able to see way forward, seeking your help in this regard.

Same thing happened with me. How irresponsible vai.com could be, I mean you charged 200-300 processing fees for each booking that is not refundable at any case, you guys taking these money for this. we are complaining things here on mail for this. This is totally unacceptable
