Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund of money for non issuance of flight ticket by via.com

During booking of flight ticket on via.com from guwahati to agartala on 22.03.2017 an amount of rs 2651.00 has been debited from my sbi account through net banking vide transaction ref. No. Igadebebl7 on 22-march, 2018 at 15:35 hrs. But no flight ticket has been received from the via.com.
Therefore you are requested to refund the said money at an early date to my sbi account.
