[Resolved]  Via.com / Flightraja Travels — refund or rebooking of my failed booking

I booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking details fmnla2zzgi429. I booked a ticket on 7th march for 22nd march date of travel. I got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled due to technical issue on 7th april. And i booked another flight for my travel. Till now i did not get refund. Via.com says the transaction can be solved from their website but till far i didn't got any solution. Help me out here and Customer care executive can i get a proper reply.
