under this booking i have taken domestic travel insurance insurance policy for all my family members including my mother (mrs. prem lata aggarwal) who is around 79 years old, through icici lombord gic pvt. ltd. the mail communication of icici lombord is attached for your ready reference as received by me..
kindly note that as per icici lombord, they do not cover domestic travel insurance for above 60-year age person.
so, it is hereby requested to kindly refund my money on not issued policy through cheque/demand draft/pay order & send it to my residential address as per attached below details.
