I booked return tickets from pune to Amritsar with one stop at Delhi from via.com with Booking reference number FMNLA3BFR83ZN and airlines PNR IG11V. My tickets were cancelled by airlines(indigo) due to covid19 lockdown and they gave me a credit shell for the full amount of my booking (₹10, 390). However while booking the tickets next time in sep 2020 airline(indigo) refused to use the cover amount stating i will have to check with via.com for the same. Via.com did not give me option for cover and processed my cancellation that too at a reduced amount (₹7177). I have been waiting for this refund since Sep 2020 and no response received till date (dec 2020). Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
