I had booked flight ticket for Mrs Pushpa Loganathan thru via.com for journey on 26.04.2020 thru Spicejet flight SG-345 PNR No: P66M4Y . Due to Covid Lockdown the flight was cancelled.And travel could not be completed. VIA booking flight ref no. FMNAA3BF52I0P Kindly provide status for this PNR No: P66M4Y Previously I tried to book fresh ticket thru Via.com and there is no option for utilizing credit shell amount while booking new ticket for same passenger. And i tried calling via.com number of times and couldn't reach you. Kindly provide steps to utilize credit shell amount for (PNR No: P66M4Y, VIA booking flight ref no. November 3rd 2020, I tried to book fresh ticket thru Via.com and there is no option for utilizing credit shell amount while booking new ticket for same passenger. And i tried calling via.com number of times and couldn't reach you.
