[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Via.com Refund not received so far

Address: Flight Raja Travels Private Limited, Magnolia, Block B, Level 4, Manyata Embassy Business Park, Outer Ring Road, Nagwara, Bangalore-560045, Karnataka, India.

I have booked through Via.com vide Booking ID: FMNAA3DSMIQ4F on 22 Oct 2020 Indigo flights Vadodara-Bhubneswar-Vadodara. Indigo informed on 19 Nov 2020 that the flights are cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions and full refund of Rs. 22, 416/- was sent to Via.com.

I have informed Via.com about these cancellations through several emails and tried to contact their customer care. Neither Via.com has replied to my emails nor any customer care Executive picked up the phone.

Please held me in getting the refund very urgently.
