I booked 8 tickets for my family including an infant from Delhi- Mumbai (18 April Del-Mum Jet Airways 1605 PM and 26 April Mum-Del Jet ) and my booking reference no was FMN10F66ZLD and PNR was generated as GYGRBO. I even got a confirmation mail at 00:30 hrs at 26 Feb stating"Please use this email as confirmation of your booking".
However I got call from a call center employee in middle of night at 01:12 am(it seems anyone can call u at middle of nite) at 26 Feb on my mobile wherein Mr Pradip Kumar asked me more money to confirm the booking and subsequently, on denial, he aborted my booking on the pretext that airline charges have increased that too after 1 hr from confirmation. He also refused to lodge a complaint when I contacted him at 01:24 am and 01:57 am the same night
On registering complaint no REF000000A635, they(CC member Chaitra M) blamed me, asked if I have been a regular flyer and instead asked me to go ahead with complaints anywhere as they were firm that they have good collusion with Jet Airways.No replies on my complaint and never bothered to escalate the case to senior managemnt. I have still not got refund back and would lose out on the opportunity to avail 3 day mega sales and your customer care people have said that its not their problem and have closed the issue themselves even before my satisfaction.
