[Resolved] Via.com — I m complaining about refund

I cancelled my flights of spicejet pnr j6b3hy from bagdogra to pune from via.com and it was refundable but they didn't refund my money i tried to contact them more than 1000 times but they're not taking my calls... I messaged them also but still no response... They're not taking any initiative to tried to contact me... We are facing so much of problem by this app...

Please note the refund amounts will be credited as per:

For payments made through credit card : 5 working days

For payments through net banking : 07 to 09 working days

For payments through debit card : 15 to 20 working days
