[Resolved] Via.com — Money refund for failed transaction

I have booked bus ticket through via.com. The booking failed but Rs.1181 deducted from my account. My bank account shows transaction is successful and money is credited in billers account. I have contacted several times to via.com, but they are saying they have not received money and my transaction is failed. And my bank is saying the transaction is successful. Please help to get my refund. My email id devkar.[protected]@gmail.com

I have booked ticket from via.com on 1 st Aug 2016 on indigo flight from Jaipur to Mumbai PNR EC8EQD for 6 th Aug 2016 but it's been booked for 6 th October 2016 and I did the web check in on 5 th August 2016 and seat was also allotted to me. So I request you to look into this matter regarding web checkin and refund my amt in my account.
