On April 4, 2016 I tried booking two flight tickets (for a journey from Mumbai to Bengaluru) through via.com. To proceed with the booking I entered my card details. As soon as I pressed enter, I received a error message stating that "Could not connect to the server". Seeing this error I tried booking ticket one more time and again I received the error message. After which I got two messages with two bookings (two PNRs). They had booked two set of tickets for same passengers, same date, same time and same location. When I called the customer care they deferred saying that they would not return my money. After fighting for hours they still charged 4, 500 Rs (1125 Rs cancellation fee for each ticket). I also sent them the screen shot of the error message which I had received. However they still did not agree to refund my complete money.
I am really disappointed as for a middle class person 4, 500 is not a small amount.
I do not want to pay any amount for their website's error.
