Purchased land but no document given

I am not an investor directly, I booked flat in barasat, but that was never completed anytime, after that we requested to give back money. They convert that into land. Paid 7 lakh for Land in siliguri near gondar more. But documentation process is not completed registration also not done. Total payment made. I invested an amount of Rs.12 lakhs in October, 2010 on interest @13.5% for three years and during this period of 3 years the company paid me interested. After that the company refunded me 5 lakhs and held 7 lakhs for giving me the possession of a flat but till handing over the flat, the company agreed to pay me the interest of 13.5% on Rs.7 lakhs but neither the company is paying me interest nor refunding the money i.e. Rs. 7.00 lacs....

I believed that the company is a registered one and i have invested rs 50, 000 on 30/05/2011 which had to mature by 30/05/2014 i.E.
