It's the worst service.. I have videocon d2h connection from last 5 year.. But from last 1 year I have been facing issue.. Tried to write to nodal.. Communicated to customer care so many times no resolution.. I have changed d2h remote 3 times in an year.. Every time I complain person comes and says your remote is not working.. We need to replace.. I always have to pay him 300 rupees.. I don't understand.. Last I changed remote was feb, 2019 and now it's June.. I won't understand if I am paying for some product the should be warrenty.. They say no warranty.. And in 3 months I have to change it.. This time it's 4 the time.. I said I won't should not be charged as it's not even an year and this is the 4 time.. Remote is not even damaged.. Is this customer satisfaction.. Customer I'd[protected]
