I have made a complaint (Ref: mum[protected]) against non working on my videocon washing machine (Wm vt70c40 choco brown 7.0 kg) which is in warranty period on 20th sept 2018.
It's been almost 17+ days that i am not getting any meaningful update from you.
Service centre guys are saying that, we have made the order and cannot do more that that. Order comes from hyderabad location, so thats why taking long time.
I have been told that 2 parts are not working from my machine which is been ordered from the company. But i don't think it should take these many days to just order 2 parts (Wall, one more item).
Your videocon company can sale many washing machine in one single days and how come only 2 parts are not coming to your svc service centre?
Many times i called on your cc number, they are just dumb. They said there work is to tell the status of the request that's it, nothing more than that they can do.
How come customer will get satisfy if your cc team just says the status and not the action/workaround?
Just for your information, if i will order any new thing even from outside india, it comes in a week max and how come these two parts are not coming?
I want videocon team to solve my washing machine repair problem asap.
