Request for relocation pending. Agent came to install but denied wall mounted installation stating it will not work. I showed him the videocon dish installed in the premises as he mentioned to provide free dish connection if any of videocon dish was installed wall mounted.
He left the premises without saying g thing and called someone that customer does not want to install.
He wanted to do roof installation and charge me high amount for using extra wire from ground-floor till 10th floor. I denied and he left. Such a rude person is ravi, who came for installation. I have already paid 450rupees for the relocation and videocon is not giving services upon charging as well.
I spoke to his supervisor, satinder, who did not want to listen at all.
I called customer service, the agents transferred the call amongst themselves to different languages user when asked to connect to a supervisor since they cannot help.
Finally i was connected ramandeep, who could not understand my concern even. Such people leading services for videoconferencing who doesn't even value a customer will sure lead to the closure of business like it happened with videocon phone services. The company ceo need to check what is going on and how badly, poorly their customers are treated Was this information helpful? |
