Videocon Industries — washing machine defect

Dear mam/sir
I have a videocon fully automatic washing machine and it is under warranty. I raised a complain on 01 nov 19. Engineer came and told me its pressure sensor is defective. After that no one came. I contacted to many personnel but neither still solution came yet nor a proper reply.
