I purchased Elica Chimney FLCG 600 HAC LTW MS NERO from Kothapet Vijay sales Branch on 10-June-2022.

And I offered with a fry pan as a compliment, which has not been delivered till date.
I went to the showroom twice and tried to call the Manager ([protected])of Vijay Sale multiple times but no response. Not sure why you guys are behaving like this. If you promise something please stick to that otherwise at least respond to calls and tell me that you can't provide the free Item but don't ignore.

If you wish to give that complimentary gift please let me know otherwise please reply to this mail that you can't provide that as promised.

This is with immense grief I am writing to you about the poor extended warranty support I recently faced.

My whirlpool refrigerator was not cooling properly, I purchased it back in Oct 2020 with the extended warranty, as the sales guy was pitching about its all the benefits. (He added quite a many benefits more than the refrigerator itself.)

When I found it was not cooling properly, I contacted Vijay's sales ew department, they raised an SRQ[protected] with assured 48 hours TAT.

When no one has contacted me, I myself reached out and escalated it, they then assigned a whirlpool technician. To our surprise when he visited he just said it is a cooling gas issue, and it will be charged as Rs. 4050 /-. I said I have it covered in an extended warranty. And have the invoice. He ridiculed it and said it is of no use, he just kept asking about one sticker, which supposes to be there on the refrigerator. (totally ignoring the invoice)

It is what is written on the Vijay sales ew site to keep "Keep a copy of your purchase invoice bearing the IMEI/Serial Number ready." Then why this technician :(name: Kishan) didn't help us.

Team, it is my humble request to intervene and provide support. Nobody during sales talks about these stickers to be kept to get support during after-sales service. People only know to keep the invoice safe and handy, that's what I did. The sales guy should be properly trained about this.

I was placed an order. Payment were already made. But i am not able to track my order status. My order no is VS[protected].
Please do the needful and share the order status.

I have not received the product till now. In order they are showing 1-3 days delivery date after order it is showing almost 7 days i am unhappy and i don't know where my order is.

I checked with Blue Dart they are telling one reason and Vijay sales is telling one reason.

I want my package today or else I want my money back and extra waiting charge.

I ordered ipods and watch both are not delivery on time and I having problem with them and I wasted my money.

I don't want that package as it is taking too much time to deliver.

A couple days ago I have tried to purchase iphone 13 from vijay sales online website. I have entered my debit card details to check debit card emi eligibility in . yesterday I have received a message from hdfc bank stating that" debit card emi got processed for 12 months and the emi amount will be debited from July 5th."
But, I haven't get any information from vijay sales regarding the order or delivery of my purchase. I tried to contact Vijay Sales through phone and email. But I did not get proper response. Kindly look into this and help me to get my product

On visit to the Baner, Pune Vijay Sales shop we were guided to purchase Amstrad TV and were told it is Vijay Sales own brand and very safe. This happened on April 22 2022. We received the TV on April 26 2022. We relocated our DTH and the TV could be checked on May 17 2022. When it is put on it shows "Smart TV, " It does not start . We lodged a complaint with Vijay sales and the technicians checked on May 22 2022. We were informed by the technicians that the mother board requires replacement . This is surprising that a new TV is so substandard. If so bad in quality should not have been sold to us. We whats up to the baner branch manager Mr Gurung and informed him about the substsndard product. We also informed the Vijay Sales Service centre Mr Thombre. On this a lady keeps on calling us and promising a fast solution to us. But nothing has happened in these 10 days. We had even asked for replacement which also we have not received a positive feedback
Request if we can get replacement with a good brand or a refund back.

I have bought defective Pure IT from HUL through Vijay Sales and from day 1 I have been chasing for replacement but Vijay sales is ignoring the request and have not taken any action for replacement. It has been 3 weeks since the purchase but no action from vijay sales.

I received my LG 308 ltr yesterday Firstly the delivery boy has charged wrongly for delivery then the invoice given by him was wrong and one shelf of tuffend glass is missing in the refrigerator as it's shown in the display product.

I have purchased Amstrad A.C 1.5 ton AMW193S20701275 from Vijay sales MG Road, Gurgaon, Haryana on 14/05/2022. On next day received the delivery and during installation I come to know from installation partner that the AC was defective(Loud Noise issue).After complaining about the same, Amsterd company person visit and initiate replacement after inspection which I received on 20/05/2022. Now again during installation of replaced AC on 21/05/2022...

We booked this AC on May 14, 2022. It was delivered to our home on May 15, 2022. Haeir's technician came to install it on May 17, 2022. But then there's was no cooling. So we contacted Haeir and they came on May 20, 2022. They said they're no gas in it, they person who installed it they did it wrong. So we contacted Haeir technician on priority and they filled the gas. For some time it was working fine, cooling was good. At 12 am May 21, 2022 it stopped cooling. We contacted Haeir they said it might have some defect. They might have to open the outdoor fan. We contacted Vijay Sales on May 21, 2022 and they're not helping. They should be responsible as they sent a detective piece.

We have purchased A.C of Haier 1.5 ton HS18C-TQG38 from Vijay sales Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 29/04/2022. We received a faulty piece of this A.C as it was not working properly. We lodged a complaint to Vijay Sales about it and they have sent executive to repair the same. We have an issue of cooling of A.C. Executive came to repair and we came to know that there are some leakages in A.C. After the repair after some days again the...

I have purchased extended warranty from Vijay sales on refrigerator and washing, and i have called Vijay sales customer care too many times. but nobody ready to give correct information when will technician visit to our place to resolve problem .Every person their says the same that the technician will visit within 48 hrs. we called them on 9 th may n i think this is already more than 24-48 working hours. my complaint time already exceeded from the time given by Vijay sales executives no body came from Vijay sales. we are facing prb that why we are following n they are not ready to give solution. expect the same repeated sentence.
i request you to take strict actions against Vijay sale n also please help customers

I have ordered an adapter on 6th and it's been 6days no one called me nor they respond to my calls my emails and ### don't even try to deliver my product nor making any refund.

The issue that I have experienced was: My new AC is not working, purchased from Vijay Sales Nalasopara store,
I registered my complaint through My VS App on 2nd May 2022 late night.
I again called on CUSTOMER care no. on 3rd May 2022 for register complaint through call also but CUSTOMER executive said, YOUR COMPLAINt is already registered and no need for complaint again, our service person will come by today.
no one is come so i called same day by 4.00 pm to reconfirmation about timing but another executive said he didn't find any call history regarding my complaint, so i ask for complaint no. and he gave me compliant no. i.e M2205B035539, he also said, now YOUR COMPLAINt has been registered and our guy will come by tomorrow.
on 4th may also no one come for resolve the issue, on 5th may afternoon i got the msg from haier company regarding my service request no. TH[protected], so i called in haier CUSTOMER care and they said YOUR COMPLAINt is registered with us today only by vijay sales so we can arrange service person today or by tomorrow. 6th may is also gone and today is 7th may, complete 5 days over but no one is coming from vijay sales or haier company.

this AC is my 13th product purchased from Vijay Sales as per VS App history, but i purchased even more with my other family friends also, no any single call complaint registered on my name or mobile number. but this time i'm completely cheated by vijay sales by purchasing faulty product. i dont want repair, I want full refund or completely new product from vijay sales. I dont want repair. because the product is faulty and it will be having issues again & again and i might be go through this ### complaint process again & again. i dont have this much time, so please take your product back and refund my full amount or deliver me completely new product as earliest as possible.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

The price quoted was Rs. 4, 890.
I paid Rs.4, 890 and booked the cooler.
Vijay Sales delivered a different model of Kenstar Cooler to me. The price of that model is Rs. 4, 500.

I visited to your store on Festival day 3rd may 2022 i came for to buy a new AC i set my mind for the Daikin non inverter AC anyhow your Voltas promoter didn't know the festival offer on the voltas 5 star after discuss with your sales manager mr Vijay told me tht we have an offer in voltas 5 star he convinced me iam agreed and i make full payment of RS. 36, 500 after the delivery i came to know people provide me 2021 model i call your sales manage Vijay wht is the issue after discussed with you promise me tht you will provide me 2022 latest mode then why I got the old model he said he will change but again what happened he send me indoor 3star and outdoor 5star is this the service you people provide to customer first impression is the last impression I'm very very fed-up with you guys solve my issue or take it back your product...given the pictures as you can check.
