Account opening

Hi,

Today i have gone for openning an account with Vijaya Bank. I thought it would be simple and does not take more than an hour of time.

But the staff at Vijaya Bank, Mothinagar, Hyderabad baranch were not at all cooperative and i was not treated fairly(as mentioned in their site).

I have gone to the bank at 10 AM to open an savings acount. First i was told there were no forms available for account...

I have availed a PMRY loan for 78K on 2004, purchased a computer and started Data Entry Job,lost lot of money, meanwhile paid back 50K, wanted a one time settlemet, requested to settle for 30K,. Garbage, Vacant Site Cleaning & Stray Dogs....

TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Vijaya Bank Colony, Banaswadi, Ward No 88. This is to bring to your notice that the garbage is thrown on the road and the dogs drag them and spill it around. Kindly put a ring or a bin to avoid this.

levy of charges on cheque book on saving bank account

I have been operating saving bank account No: [protected] with Vijaya Bank Bhayander (East) wherein they have levied Rs 50/- for cheque book of 10 leaves which is exorbitant. The account is used mainly for payments of electricity, telephones, society maintanence, payments to credit society dues, as such daily routine payment. It is made through bank to keep proper record.

Please look forward to avoid such charges in future.br...

Money withdrawn twice

My brother had withdrawn Rs.300 on 8th Sep 2009 at a Corporation Bank ATM in Mangalore.
But when i got the pass book updated a couple of days back, i saw that the transaction has been made twice.That is , 300 rupees has been withdrawn twice.This came a shock to me.
Had i not updated my passbook, i would be unaware of the whole issue.
I am not sure as to how long this faulty system is in existence.
Please rectify...

Money Deducted from my ATM Card

I purchased some clothes in CP from Cantabill on 08th july 2009. Ten I have gave my card for payment, he swipped two times but tslip does not came out, but next day when I checked my accout 1600 rs. have been deducted from my account, on the same day I immediately complained this issue to my branch and till date no action has been taken yet...........

this is regarding the behaviour that a customer gets in your bank. this happened in Indirapuram branch, Ghaziabad.
I purchased a form on 1st of August 09 for purchasing a flat in the area. The date for start selling the form was due on 1st of august. So I went on the same day.

amount debited but no cash

HI,

Today i used Vijaya Bank ATM in Bajpe, Mangalore for cash withdrawal using my Axis Bank Debit Card, the transaction did not happen and it gave some error unauthorised use.
But the amount was deducted from my balance.

I use debit card from Standared Chartered Bank and my card no is : ************5772. On 13th May, 2009 while I was trying to withdraw money from one Vijaya Bank ATM, the amount got deducted from my account instantly, but the money didn't come out of the machine.

NETWORK PROBLEM

Dear Sir

Due to network problem in almost all CBS branches in and around UDUPI my family is not able to take DD or remit money through CBS platform. If we ask the officials of bank, they are all giving answers like
"NO network and You complaint Head office."
