I have very bad experience after by VIP ALFA bag. Bag chain is totally damaged after 5 months and I give this to D-mart for avail the warranty. they are taking more than 15 day. Today I am going to out of India and I don't have bag which I buy for travelling. I lost my whole bag cost and company is not feeling any Shame to sell worst products in Market.
