Vip Bags — Loop holes in service providing and customer fooling | ||
Despite buying a company bag company is fooling it's customers. Raised a complaint ticket at company store and after waiting for 14-20 days they again fooled us and gave us a totally different service. Tyres were changed of different colour, taping was fixed with glue, zips were not changed and customer was fooled. What's the purpose of buying company bag if no guarantee is being given to the customer. Very poor experience. They are hiding service helps from the customer by assuring while buying and denying while giving the service. Hiding the loop holes in the service. Images attached plz check.
