This is to bring to your notice that we have Purchased Mahindra XYLO-D4 in 24th Jan 2014 [Registration No. MH-15-EB 4201]
On after purchasing within 17 days dated 11.2.14, Clutch plate worn-out (mileage 22840km).
Again on 9th Feb 15 clutch plate was not functioning properly, so we have shown to Mahindra Motors shown Room, SA Mr. Yogesh Bhuruk said
Clutch plate is worn-out. You have to replace with new one. I have requested him to talk with Customer Care and Expert Engineer and find out
Root cause. At least we will come to know the problem. He did not response to us.
In view of above facts in a year we have changed clutch plate twice. Why it so not understood, We have Ex-Army man Driver. They are very
