Dear sir
I am regular customer of big bazaar. I purchased a vip luggage trolley (Model - aristocrat veyron) on dt 07/07/19 at varanasi big bazaar (Sigra store). Quality problem in one wheel (Heavily worn out) was observed in above trolley within one month, which i had reported at your store on dt 27/07/19. I requested for replacement of trolley but they arranged repairing by replacement of defective wheel. But in next trip again quality problem observed in same wheel (It is coming out) on dt 22/08/19. Now i am at bhubneshwar and i am facing too much problem. Please arrange the replacement of trolley at bhubneshwar big bazaar store, i am having store bill copy in my mobile for proof.
