[Resolved]  VIP — Poor quality of staple dg laptop satchel

I had purchased a STAPLE DG LAPTOP SATCHEL (Serial No: PE-CI11110003, Color: Black) from IBRAHIM & BROS. Exclusive VIP showroom, Abid Road, Hyderabad, in November 2012 for a price of Rs.3150/- (Bill no 970). But within 6 months, the inner linings started tearing off and Zippers were not working properly. Shocked at the poor quality, I contacted the VIP lounge at Park Lane, Secunderabad, they send it for servicing. Instead of replacing the inner lining they have the re stitched torn lining, but after 3 months it again started tearing off and zippers were not working properly and this has repeated thrice. So kindly check in to this matter.
