Sir, I booked mobile redmi note 4 via internet through my SBI Visa debit Card on 29.6.2017 to viral deal and I got SMS that my order No. is [protected]. When I tried to contact customer care [protected] the number is not responding. When I checked viraldeal website it is showing my epayment is received by the company. Till today, I did not receive redmi note 4 mobile or got refunded my amount back. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the mobile or refund the amount from viraldeal.
