[Resolved]  Viral Deal — payment made but product not delivered yet

I have paid but still product not received I have paid on 3rd Feb 2018 through credit card payment, via order No.[protected], enclosed herewith mail, as well payment confirmation through viral deal, by mail and message, still i am not getting any response from company. all related docs attached herewith.

I have booked vu32" led tv on 31/01/2018 payment done rs.6599/_ after that viral deal is responding about my order. My order no is [protected]. I send them mail to know about my item but they have not given any reply. I ask them if you are Unable to dispatch the item then kindly cancelled my order and return my money in my same account where l paid money but they have not given any response. If you can help me out from this problem. I will be very thankful to you.

I have booked vu 32 smart led tv via order no [protected] on 26/1/18 and amount of rs 6599 has been debited from my credit card but there is no response from company after that and even i am not able to connect on there customer care number. I have sent 3 - 4 mails but there is no response.

Kindly suggest as how can i connect with them and get my product delivered fast or money refunded fast.
