Vishal Mega Mart — Doing delay in redeem earned free coupon

I PURCHASED MISCELLANEOUS PRODUCTS OF RS 2050/, AS I WAS INFORMED OF FREE COUPON OF RS 400/ ON PURCHASE OF RS 1999/ ON DATED 10/05/2015. FIND HERE THE DETAILS OF BILL~ Org Cd/ Bill No-212/[protected].RANCHI, HARMU ROAD BRANCH. I have been told that a SMS will come on my mobile for free coupon benifit. But UNFORTUNATELY I did not receive any SMS.Lter I went to concerened branch.As per staff's word I start to select product of rs 1000 for redeem of my coupon of rs 400/[which is mention in the bill also].When I go to cash counter for billing, after making bill they told free goods is not taking in bill! Then authoriesed person from CONSUMER DESK taken my one hour time in talking with his higher official for redeem of my coupon. Thus I spoiled my 2and half hour for Rs 400/ coupon without any solution. My question is "Is these free coupon schemes are only to make people fool OR realistic. Please talk to concerened Consumer desk encharge[mob no [protected]] for this casual approach. COMPUTERISED BILL NO is mentioned here[DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PROOF]
